SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- If you require a return, refund, or warranty claim, please write us here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.
- If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.
Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging. Returns will not be granted on used merchandise. If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days.
We require buyers to first send us a photo indicating damages and immediately upon inspection we will reply to you, the buyer, whether the damaged merchandise fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit these criteria.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a return is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the refund can be properly applied to your account.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
